A Timeline for TRAXSales
After struggling with assisting sales staff on tracking sold & unsold customers, owner Dave Mink created the first TraxSales traffic counter in 1996.
In order to help track sales and revenue in various stores the Upboard CRM was developed. The CRM system helps track all aspects of salesperson activity and sales results, ensuring every customer opportunity is handled properly and sales are maximized. Owners can check store performance and salesperson statistics at any time. Reports cover every important aspect of sales and customer relationship activity.
All other traffic counters use 50 year old infrared camera technology with no Visual Proof customer time stamps. In 2014, the Argus and Visual Proof System from TRAXSales revolutionized the market. The retail Argus system provides traffic analysis reports- comparing staffing to customer activity, closing ratios, revenue per guest, and more.
2016Visual Proof 2
Time for an upgrade and that upgrade was the Visual Proof 2. The new system has an 8G memory that stores your photos and traffic counts and pictures and traffic counts automatically appear on your TRAX website in real-time.
